Musengo Secondary School

School History
Musengo Secondary School is situated in Kitui County in Kitui west constituency in Kitui west District in Eastern province.

The school opened its gates in the year 1984 with enrolment of 26 students, but closed down in 1985 after massive transfers on the part of students. It reopened in 1986 with enrolment of  56 students.

They sat the first K.C.S.E. in 1989 with 23 students out of which 2 joined public universities. By 1989 the overall school enrolment was over 120 students. The enrolment has climbed steadily to date with enrolment of 235 students of which 98 are girls and 137 boys.
